Matt Van Buskirk is the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs reporting to the General Counsel at Circle Internet Financial. Matt has a particular focus in consumer protection, including Unfair Deceptive Acts and Practices ("UDAAP") and in Bank Secrecy Act Anti Money Laundering ("BSA AML") compliance program design. Prior to joining Treliant, Matt was a bank examiner with the U.S. Treasury Departments Office of Thrift Supervision. Matt earned a BA in economics from Colorado College.
